Herbal Tea (also known as Tisanes)

Herbal tea also known as Tisane is a caffeine-free beverage well-known for its many health benefits and delicious flavors. Herbal tea blends don’t contain any actual tea leaves, which is why they’re usually caffeine-free. 

Why Herbal tea?

Herbal tea has always been popular especially in the western world as many botanicals are easily accessible. For example, common herbs such as lemongrass, hibiscus, and mint, etc. can be found easily growing in one's garden or even in small little pots. 

Increasingly people also turn to herbal tea as an alternative to Tea or Coffee, to reduce caffeine intake. Herbal tea blends are typically made up of herbs, spices, fruits, and florals and as such, they can be extremely flavourful. Perfect for anyone looking for a delicious cuppa without the caffeine and sugar intake.

In addition, herbal teas have always been loved for its ability to help promote wellness in a natural way e.g. help reduce anxiety and natural mood lifter etc. just to name a few. In fact, in western countries such as Germany, herbal teas have been used as natural remedies for a variety of ailments for hundreds of years.
